Exhibit Services
Exhibit and Events operations are located at our International
headquarters in Kenilworth, NJ premises
and has a proven track record of success delivering high quality
show services to companies wishing
to exhibit products at International and US Domestic events.
Project managing of exhibition booth and event related services
draws from our in-house management
resources specializing in the supply of turnkey services that are
made possible through the
co-ordination and use of our extensive and approved list of regional
specialist contractors. We
manage these services to tailor a complete package specific to the
customer's requirements.
Services that can be managed and co-coordinated range from booth
planning, design and
construction; all booth related audio visual and graphic
requirements; liaison with show organizers for
specific, technical and normal show services, provision if required
of any local skilled labor for
installation and booth manning, rental of show only required support
equipment and the co-ordination
and planning of any special event functions.
Freight forwarding to manage the shipping and handling of sensitive
exhibit material including
any booth material to and from events, including any necessary
related customs clearance, duties
and or temporary importation arrangements is handled in-house. We
are also an airline and ocean shipping accredited and licensed
forwarder.
An Atlantic Connection account manager is always assigned on a
dedicated basis to liaise with
the client from the initial briefing till the completion of the
project; Atlantic Connection will always
man an event. This ensures that the manager is always fully aware
and up to date on all aspects
of the client's requirements and any changes to schedules and
requirements that inevitably occur at
major exhibition event.
