OPERATIONS
‘SEAFREIGHT'
Working through our sister company Marelli International, The Atlantic
Connection offers both FCL
(Full Containerboard) and LCL (less than container load) services to
exhibit customers from every
major port worldwide. Many ocean groupage services originating or
terminating at our warehousing facilities.
Shipments needing specialist equipment, such as flat racks or open top
containers are regularly
handled, as are shipment with complex documentation. All consignments are
controlled and monitored by our staff, door to door. With regular updates of the
consignments status being relayed to the customer.
For large International Exhibitions and Trade Fairs, customers not
requiring full space for materials in
a container can take up an option of utilising our event consolidation
services, whereby exhibit freight from a number of participating exhibitors at an international event can be
held in our warehouses until as such time as such time as the optimum quantity of freight is assembled
and ready for shipment. Packing at either customers premises or our warehousing facilities is
available together with a range of additional services including:
GOODS IN TRANSIT INSURANCE
LOAD PLANNING
PROJECT AND OUT OF GAUGE SHIPMENT
CONTAINER STUFFING AND DE-STUFFING.
