SHOW SITE FREIGHT MANAGEMENT

Through Atlantic Connection’s personnel’s long history of project management we are able to supply to
our customers a show site freight management service that frees up the customer’s own booth
manager to concentrate on the logistics management of booth set up.

On the larger and more involved international booth projects where multi air or sea shipments need to
be co-ordinated to arrive at the event location, Atlantic Connection can supply a experienced freight
manager knowledgeable in the local in country conditions who would be dedicated to co-ordinate all
inbound and outbound freight for that project. This site freight manager will take responsibility to liase
with the local show site handling and clearance agents so as to oversee any necessary customs
clearance and ensure that no delays are encountered and that customs documentation of any
temporarily bonded exhibit material is correctly discharged so as to remove the possibility of any
customs penalties at the re-export of same freight.

The freight manager can also be of a real added value as in most cases he will have personal
knowledge and contact details of other local exhibit service vendors and show organizers.
